Bridget has successfully completed her mission to climb 50 Dartmoor Tors over 400m before 05 Mar 2026! So far she raised just over £1000 for the charities below! (split 25% each). This is to support the fund raising efforts of five members of Oxford University Officers’ Training Corps (OUOTC) who in Dec 2026, will embark on an extraordinary journey: rowing over 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean, completely unsupported, as part of the World’s Toughest Row.
From the volcanic shores of San Sebastián de La Gomera to the tropical haven of Nelson’s Dockyard, Antigua, the team will face mountainous seas, sleep deprivation, salt sores, and extreme fatigue — all in a specially designed 8.6m ocean rowing boat. Operating on a relentless 3-hours-on, 2-hours-off schedule for up to 45 days, they will rely on teamwork, resilience, and sheer determination to complete one of the world’s most revered physical challenges.

Bridget’s daughter Evangeline is part of the team. If you would like to donate please follow this link. Force Atlantic 26 (Oxford UOTC) – World Toughest Row 2026 – GiveWheel
